Notary Public Services to Make Life Easier
Paperwork is never fun, but we can at least make it easier.
When you need a document notarized, you don’t have to hunt around town—we have a Notary Public on-site to help you get it done quickly and correctly.
Once your documents are notarized, we can also:
-
Make copies for your records
-
Print any additional pages you need
-
Pack and ship your documents to where they need to go
You handle the signing. We’ll handle the rest.
Why Do Documents Need to Be Notarized?
Some documents must be notarized in order to have legal effect.
A notary public’s job is to:
-
Confirm your identity
-
Make sure you’re signing willingly
-
Verify that you understand what you’re signing
This helps protect all parties involved and reduces the risk of fraud.
Common Types of Documents That May Need Notarization
Every situation is different, but here are some examples of documents that often need a notary:
-
Trusts
-
Deeds
-
Contracts
-
Affidavits
If you’re not sure whether your document needs to be notarized, check with the person or organization that requested it (such as an attorney, title company, lender, or agency).
How to Prepare for Your Notary Visit
A little preparation will save you time when you arrive.
1. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID
Examples include:
-
Driver license
-
State ID
-
Passport
The name on your ID should match the name on the document being signed.
2. Don’t sign the document in advance
Most documents must be signed in front of the notary.
You can fill in the blanks ahead of time, but wait to sign until you’re at the counter.
3. Check if witnesses are required
Laws vary by state, and some documents require one or more witnesses in addition to the notary’s signature and seal.
Important: In some situations, the notary is not legally allowed to also act as a witness. That means you may need to bring your own witnesses with you. If the organization requesting the document says witnesses are required, ask them how many and whether there are any rules about who can serve as a witness.
After the Notarization: Copies and Shipping
Once everything is signed and notarized, we can help you:

-
Scan and email (if needed)
